Reservation
To visit FLOW, you best book a ticket in advance. Go to the booking page of FLOW with a detailed explanation of the reservation process, time slots and rules for your visit of the pool, the sauna or an aquagym lesson.
You can also book a ticket on site at FLOW for the same day or another day. Please get in touch with us by email if you have specific needs.
Tickets and time slots
▶︎ SWIMMING
Ticket prizes for online reservations:
(and between brackets for reservations on site)
- 3,50 € (2,00 €) for adults,
- 2,50 € (1,50 €) for youngsters of 12-17y,
- 1,50 € (1,00 €) for children of 6-11y,
- children under 6 years are welcome free of charge
Booking is possible from 48 hours (2 days) before a time slot.
▶︎ SAUNA FLOW CHAUD
Ticket prizes for the use of the sauna and the swimming pool:
- 14,00 € for adults and children of 12y or older
- 9,00 € for children under 12y
Booking is possible from 7 days before a sauna session.
▶︎ AQUAGYM
Ticket prizes for one aquagym lesson in FLOW:
- 10,00 € for particpants of all ages
Booking is possible without a time limit.
A ticket is valid for one time slot of 45 minutes of swimming, 80 minutes for a sauna session, or for one aquagym lesson. Before and after your time slot you can stay longer on the sun decks around the pool.

The kiosk and terrace are typically open until 30 minutes after swimming.
At FLOW
- Remember to bring your ticket with the code (printed or on your phone) at the day of your time slot.
- We advise you to arrive at least 20 minutes before the time of your time slot at the entrance for the check-in.
- Your ticket will be exchanged for an access pass that grants access to the swimming zone or sauna at the specific time of your time slot.
- Please change into swimwear before entering the swimming zone. Taking a shower before entering the pool is obliged, also for sauna users.
- Only dedicated clean swimwear is allowed in the swimming zone (swimming trunks and shorts, bathing suits, bikinis and full cover bathing suits). Streetwear and underwear is not allowed.
- You can store smaller valuables in the lockers in the changing area. Bring your own padlock or buy one at the entrance.
- Other belongings (bags, clothing, shoes, towels) fit into a shelf in the swimming zone.
- In the swimming zone including the pool and the sauna, children under 12 year must be accompanied by an adult in swimwear!
